The Trèfle-Blanc site,a gateway to the city.

The ice rink functions as a connectingpiece, and the project will give meaning to the wider landscape (the overallimage) and also to the neighbourhood.

Three independent elements, a single public space.

The skating rink, footbridge and activity building are three independent elements on a common carpet, a public surface onwhich they rest autonomously, facilitating their execution and management during and after the construction work.

As a continuous carpet, the public space is introduced into the buildings.

The floor of the area is understood as a continuous carpet that connects with the entertainment of the surroundings of Bachet Station. This floor is introduced into the ground floors of the buildings, promoting permeability throughout the area.

The project pays particular attention to its encounter with the transforming edges: the Route de Saint-Julien, the Sitede Sapay, the access to Bachet station and the Trèfle d'Or development. They are all part of this continuous tapestry, which organises the various trafficroutes according to a concept of gentle shared mobility on continuous levels.

Parvis de la Patinoire:an urban meeting place.

The Parvis de la Patinoire extends beyond its boundaries and is configured as a dynamic urban meeting place, a place linked to the network of primary public spaces but also to the secondary spaces thatshape the east-west path parallel to the Route de Saint-Julien.
